TERMS & CONDITIONS
Subject of the Contract
This contract governs the sale of natural cosmetic care products through the Provider's online shop. For details of each offer, please refer to the product description on the offer page.
Conclusion of the Contract
The contract is concluded via electronic communication through the shop system or other means such as phone or email. The displayed offers are non-binding and serve as an invitation for customers to submit a binding order. The Provider may accept this offer.
The ordering process includes the following steps:
Selecting the desired product specification (size, color, quantity)
Reviewing and editing the order and entries
Clicking the button "Place order with obligation to pay"
Receiving a confirmation email of the order
Orders may also be placed via phone, email, or Instagram, with confirmation sent via email. The contract is concluded upon receipt of this order confirmation.
Contract Duration
The contract is valid for an indefinite period unless otherwise stated.
Reservations
The Provider reserves the right not to deliver the promised service in cases of non-availability.
Prices, Shipping Costs, Return Costs
All prices are final and include 19% VAT.

Payment Terms

Other payment methods are not accepted. The customer is obligated to transfer the payment within 7 days after receiving the order confirmation. Invoices are payable without deduction. If payment is not received on time, the customer will be in default without further notice.
Delivery Terms
Goods are shipped promptly after receiving the order. The average shipping time is 3 days, and delivery must occur within 7 days after order confirmation. Standard delivery time is 5 days unless stated otherwise in the product description. If a permanent delivery obstacle occurs (e.g., force majeure, supplier issues), the Provider may withdraw from the contract and will refund any received payments immediately.
Contract Handling
The customer cannot directly access the stored contract text. Errors can be corrected via email before the final submission of the order.
Right of Withdrawal & Customer Service
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins:
When you (or a third party designated by you) take possession of the goods (or the last good, if in multiple deliveries).
For recurring deliveries: from the date you receive the first delivery.

A clear declaration (e.g., email or letter) is sufficient. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
All payments received, including delivery costs (except additional delivery charges), will be refunded within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal. The same payment method will be used unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.
The refund may be withheld until goods are received or proof of return is provided.
Goods must be returned within 14 days to the address above. The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched within this period.
The customer bears the return shipping costs.
The customer is liable for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond necessary inspection.
Disclaimer of Liability
Claims for damages are excluded unless they relate to injury to life, body, health, or essential contractual obligations or result from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Assignment and Pledge Ban
Customer claims or rights cannot be assigned or pledged without the Provider’s prior consent.
Language, Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
The contract is concluded in German. The contractual relationship is governed exclusively by German law. This applies to consumers only insofar as it does not limit mandatory legal provisions of their home country. The place of jurisdiction for disputes with non-consumers is the Provider’s place of business.
Data Protection
In accordance with applicable laws, the Provider collects, stores, and processes customer data for purposes related to contract handling. Data is only shared when legally required or with customer consent.
For shipping and payment purposes, data is shared with relevant service providers. Data may be stored up to ten years due to legal obligations. While visiting the online shop, anonymized data (e.g., IP, browser type, visited pages) may be logged.

Severability Clause
